چکیده

The main objective of the research was to deposit thin films silver on a graphite carbon paste in phosphate buffer medium using an electrochemical method. To construct nitrofurazone detection sensor that is highly sensitive. Different manufacturing parameters, such as electrodeposition potential, pH effect, potential scan rate and number cycles, were examined this section. parameters optimized improve deposited layers various electrocatalytic characteristics. Nitrofurazone reduction process diffusion controlled, seen by linear variation Epc with log(v). constructed Ag-NPs@CPE electrod has excellent electrical characteristics large active surface area low background extremely high conductivity, according structural characterizations Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD) cyclic voltammetry. very remarkable analytical performance for molecule identification, limit about 10–8 M. our sensors real samples contaminated antibiotic nitrofurazone, tap water urine. In selected sample, electroanalytical findings reveal satisfactory recovery more than 94 percent.
